  • I am super excited to share this ABS on Fire workout with you. This challenge is going to leave your fat crying, and the abs popping out. The key here is that we are not going to take any rest between exercises, but if you are exhausted and cant workout more, then you might rest, but only for 5-10 seconds. Do the workout at your own pace, but try to complete 1 minute for each exercise.
    And this is a follow along workout, so the next time you do your ab workout, play this video and make sure to workout with me .
