Try out this Ekadashi Special Chilla or Dosa recipe which is a two in one recipe. This recipe will make crispy Dosa and perfect chillas for ekadashi.
Servings - 5 to 6 dosa
Ingredients :
3/4 cup varai (or) bhagar (or) moraiya
3 potatoes ( 300gm )
1 green chilli
1/2 inch ginger
3 to 4 tbsp water
Sendha salt to taste
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
Some chopped coriander leaves
Some ghee
