Of all the homes youâve done videos of, and yes Iâve watched every single one, I think this one might be my favorite. 3700 ft.ÂČ in a ranch style home has to be experienced in person to be truly appreciate it. They did a wonderful job with the house in general, and the fact that it is on 1 acre of land as well to me just adds to the overall appeal. Thank you as always for putting out quality and timely content Soomin!
This is one of my favorites.
I first wanted to say that their Floor plan Abilene is Awesome except the Patio is tucked into (back of) the house. And I kinda feel nauseous/claustrophobic!! Its too deep sitting, but with the layout it becomes like that, in that case they should have extended the covered patio till the end line of Master bathroom, not game room but Master bathroom, cus I want to SEE the Nature, be in the wind. If its till the Game room, it will STILL be TUCKED into the home. Sitterle Homes, you need to learn from the Toll Brothers's Treaty Oak Covered patio(the L- Shaped, extended covered patio !!!!!! =
