@@SoominKimRE I feel better… I thought I was getting fleeced when I paid 780k for a 3400sq ft Seattle suburb home (Lake Tapps, WA). This home is amazing no doubt though and I love the layout a lot more than what I ended up purchasing but still very happy. Won’t be done until September, can’t wait!!
What tier is Scott Felder in compared to Coventry or Drees?
I would consider Scott Felder in the same range.

It is a model home. The garage is used as a sales office until they are through selling in a community, then it is converted and sold.

Likely 1 mil+ w/ escalation & bidding bs. Nice video
it depends on where you purchase. In Dripping Springs we can perhaps keep this under 900k, and in other parts of Lakeway, it will exceed 1m.
Scott Felder has terrible reviews for build quality though. It's so disappointing, seeing how they don't even follow up on the reviews to defend themselves.
ive learned that reviews are mainly negatove as positive experiences often go unnoticed or reviewed. In my experience they make a quality home.
