SECP is a compromised Institution in Pakistan,just like others Institutions of Pakistan.Big fishes of PSX use it for their persinal gains only.I am practically facing it in year 2008,My brokers Munir Ludha now in Canada escape from Pakistan and its company Eastern Capital Ltd default due to HIS mismanagement,HE is also in US and WE as a Investor suffers too much.I personally contacts SECP"s official at that time,but all efforts are invain.

If one can get 17-18lacs in one cror , then why banks are not investing in high dividend yield companies rather then giving it to people as loans with low return and interests ??
There can be many factors but one i can mention here is that investment in stocks is anyway risky while lending it to needy people and getting fixed interest is sure way to make money.

@@Sarmaayapk do you think a person buy a house in DHA for rental??even if he buys, is this a good real estate investment decision??There are five different markets in the real estate which addresses solutions as per their nature.Lemme describe each one of them:
1) There is an asset market which investors buy mainly for the purpose of capital gain like the house you have mentioned in the video can be a good option for asset market after looking in to some other complications.
2) Space market: this is basically for rental purposes and it mainly includes the hospitality sector i.e., air BNB stuff ,guest houses,hotels,etc. we all had a good idea how much potential these have if operates well.
3) Developmental market
4)Plot market
5)FIle market
