In 1980, The soviet military budget was the highest and (210bn $) and China 3rd (29bn $), both are missing. The american budget was 150bn $ in 1980.
The american military budget didn't dominate at that time, the percentages are incorrect.
But only Russia is shown, not entire USSR

well China was 0% according to this at the time.
Without data for USSR& Warsaw pact it's useless. Soviet Union had about the same budget as USA, sometimes higher sometimes lower. Meanwhile Warsaw pact one was smaller for most part than non-US NATO however still an enormous figure

This video assumes I know flags and it also assumes that "Military Spending" actually goes to the military.............At least in the US you can be sure that only 10% is actual military spending and the rest is Pork.

There are 190+ sovereign states in the world. You should learn the international law course again.. Forming an alliance is a sovereign right of a country, so you can't deny the sovereignty of a country only because she allies with the US, Russia, China, or her neighbors (in case of the NATO). Also, Taiwan does nothing to the sovereignty of China as they are two de facto different nations. Taiwan might be half sovereign because it is not recognized by the majority of the world despite its political rule on the island, but I would say that China is fully sovereign. Revanchism does nothing to do with sovereignty, it only determines how fascistic a country is.
