  • This is my first how to video and here I show you how to add Bluetooth to a vintage boombox without taking it apart, it’s really simple some people already know how to but others don’t, it’s a simple easy to do tip, if you like the retro electronics look but still wanna enjoy the music in your phone! thanks!.

    Any idea if powering this adapter from boombox itself is possible?

      Not this adapter though! You would have to buy a Bluetooth module and do some wiring inside instead, that would require some electronics repair skills

      @@rhoodj Hi! I think for the Panasonic RX-ED90 you just need the bluetooth adapter, you don't need the RCA cable, and it goes direct into the aux in jack!.

      @@rhoodj hi! Well the one on the video cost me like $10 and it works excellent and has a long lasting battery, so the more expensive ones are just for fancy looks and finishes but the hardware inside is pretty much the same! Get the one that has the cable and plug already attached to the receiver that way you just stick it to the boombox with a double sided tape, cause if you get the one with the jack instead, it’s gonna be sticking out, and that’s not good! It’s better if it sits flushed flat with the boombox! 👍
