    Ett stort tack till Hilary Doyle. Det är alltid lika intressant att lyssna på dina föreläsningar om stridsvagnar.

    Very nice Video again. Mr Doyle seems to fit into the Hetzer much better then the Chieftain or Ralph Raths :)

    It is quite amazing to know there were 4 crews inside such a cramped space of Jagdpanzer 38t !.

    I have said this before, i can listen to Hilary Doyle telling me how paint drys. But, obviously even more interesting when a WW2 Panzer is involved.

    Mr Doyle is having an easier time in that than a certain 6+ft Irishman did in another one of those :P

    Oh I keep forgetting to comment if the museum has made a video on the Ikv 91 does it have someone talking about it who had been trained to use it back when it was in service and all the tidbits of info that the rest of the world wouldn't know.
    By info I mean tanker crew tips, for example like how the strv 103 has a very nice spot near engine that allowed aluminum-foil wrapped frozen wieners to be cooked at the end of some convoy driving so crews can have some nice morale boosting hot food at end of the days drive. :D

    Would it have been possible to exchange the positions of the commander and loader, or is there just not enough space on the right side of the gun?

    • @hilarylouisdoyle1529
      @hilarylouisdoyle1529 Před 4 měsíci +1

      Not possible as the loader would have had to stretch even further

  • @obsidianjane4413
    @obsidianjane4413 Před 4 měsíci +1

    @4:15 Is that welded in piece just sheet metal where they cut out the armor in compliance with a law that the armor had to have weak spot so police could shoot someone using the vehicle for a rampage?

      only in the USA, all other countries do not have that problem XX

      @stefankarlsson9762 Před 4 měsíci +1

      It was cut open for better visibility for the driver during tests in Sweden, but then welded shut in order to make it look as before. Nothing to do with police regulations
