Self priming material.
First use the product itself as primer by diluting.
Myself too applied vembanad white cement two coats with Dr Fixit 302 but paint shop friend said no need waste. Use the product itself. Same product available in Dr Fixit too but only 7 years warranty.

Sir, I have laid red teracotta bricks in my upstair in the year 1996. No leakage till today. Anyhow I have applied two coats of Excel cool roof coating in 2016. This year I feel hot. Now I want to paint Damp proof ultra. Previous coating is still there. How many coats I have to apply and what is the mixing ratio. My roof flooring is 750 sq.ft. Kindly give proper direction.
