Some know it all dared to comment on a video of mine that Detroit rentals are depreciating. He had no facts to back up his comment. We have our own rentals and we have renovated a good 300 Detroit rental properties. We happen to know from years of experience knowing full well that Detroit rentals are NOT depreciating.
