Yes please continue this series. I've been SLOWLY reading In the FLO the last few months. I still have several chapters left. The small changes I've incorporated so far have been a GAME changer with my cycle. Mainly cutting caffeine, dairy, and sugar, during my luteal and menstrual phases, and hitting the sauna a couple times a week. Now I have zero cramping! Thanks for posting.

It’s a slow read for me as well 😅 I used to be in the sauna much more, but since it’s getting hotter here in LA I’ve been avoiding it 🫣 but it does do wonders when I utilize it. I’m so happy that the changes have been working for you! And thank you so much for watching and leaving a comment. Welcome to the family! 💛

I am sorry but I could never eat lamb. That's literally a little baby.

Same here.... But I thought it was somewhat amusing that she thought the guy at the farmers marketvwas selling stuff that is exotic because he had lamb and bull's balls. Culturally lamb is something very common around easter, and balls (also known as Rocky Mountain Oysters when prepared) are something that is a product of farm life. The options on most farm operations are sell the bull calves or castrate them before puberty (there are several ways, but at least one results in this as a by-product), or leave them intact and deal with a bunch of bulls that get moodier and more dangerous as they become adults. So most farms typically castrate even if they keep a few intact for breeding purposes. Then those animals are butchered for meat, Mom's get milked (if they are dairy cows), and the herd gets maintained while also providing food. Hopefully all while grazing around on grass out in the sun and enjoying life.

Hopefully no offense! I just found it amusing. @@theholistichunny
