Dorian style : it did work form me and made big improvements. I had been training years multiple sets multiples exercises and then stop progressing till when switched to DY style.
The reason these two are the most dominant ever is even when they were off, they were still better than everyone else. Dorian’s posing and density mixed with his graininess are second to none. Ronnie with the great separation and sheer mass just catapulted him to first every year. Mind you, neither deserved EVERY Mr Olympia they won, but they were still the cream of the crop.
@@nicholaschase768 you make no sense dude. You say that when they were off they were better than everybody else but then you go on to say that they did not deserve every Olympia.
They didn’t, but even when both were off their backs were still better than their opponents? Ronnie’s mass and Dorian’s conditionings were still top of the top. I admit, it’s contradicting. But that’s how I see it.
Thanks for the video, I am a Yates fan however in my opinion it is a matter of preference, insane gritty, dense conditioning of Yates or larger than life size of the great Coleman...take your pick
If you really look at Colemans back double bi he always had a bit of a symmetry issue, the left side was smaller then the right. In fact this is likely what cost him from getting 9 as the issue got progressively worst and the year he lost was even more noticeable. Coleman at his best likely nudges out Yates at his best overall. But I still think the back itself Yates nudges out Coleman. Yates back was more symmetrical, conditioned, detailed, separated while holding his own mass wise. The overall back poses Coleman may have a slight advantage on from better arms and gluts though Yates owns in the calves. Yates back was so dominant that I would say most of his Olympia wins were from that alone where Coleman won more overall with the back being the knockout punch.

The rest of the pack...I remember Dorian on the cover of Fkex magazine around 89-90 up and comer the rst is history....Ronnie was just in literally a league of his own but to me I favored Dorians build....just Always rock solid hard, striated, separation and his legs from the ankle to his hips were just incredible as was his back which I still think one of the best ever...but his life growing up and doing what he did as a young hooligan to multiple Mr,O's and his outlook on life and the spirituality that he carries...justca laid-back person...but both seem who you'd like just to hang out with.
Dorian was way ahead of his time and will always be considered as one of the best. Ronnie Coleman, so flipping strong. Good God. I hope I get to meet them both one day.
I have met Dorian and he's such a nice guy. There's not much he doesn't know about body building.
@@bigteno4597 damn that's so cool, I imagine he is a true master. He really changed the sport and honestly bodybuilding hasn't been the same quality in some time. Really incredible what he accomplished. Seems like a really down to earth guy too.
@@cmax4488 Absolutely, he was still bodybuilding at the time. It would be about 1995. He was doing exhibitions at the leisure centre near Birmingham UK. He took the time to do autographs and photo's. Great guy all.around.
These legends makes me hungry to go the Gym!
Recently watched the Ronnie Coleman Netflix bio....amazing man, amazing attitude..
It goes to show you that the heavier you train the bigger you get. These two definitely set the bar for heavy training lol. Ronnie was an absolute freak! Both guys very impressive.
Dorian was a monster!!! I just look at his chest and arms and can’t think of anyone that can match him.
i love these guys
I know these legends when they train in the gym next day all equipment took rest. ❤️
Dorian for me...such a treat to watch when he spreads his lats
One more for the Mass Dorian Yates Baby .❤️🔥
THE KING 👑 AND THE SHADOW 👥 AMAZING VIDEO NICANDRO 🥶💪👥
Very nice
Ronnie and Dorian the two Greatest Backs of All time.
@@zzzzxxxxxz6017 You will have to settle with the 3rd place. There's no way you will touch those two.
Dorian beats on conditioning, mass is fairly similar and Ronnie always seemed to carry a film of water across his back
Ronnie destroys Yates in the BDB pose, so does heath, kai, victor and others. Dorians glutes, hams, delts and arms are mediocre at best
@@yangazilwa1183 He’s only weak in the biceps. Yates was good in all the other body parts you listed.
@@yangazilwa1183 dorians back delts forearms calves better in bdb, hams is close, ron wins bis and ass size and thats it
@@doublem1975x yeah, but we're talking about the guys I've mentioned. They destroy yates in these departments. Yates had a good back, but these other guys are thicker back, and a vastly superior lower body
@@TheLusianPopa "hams is close" that is crazy wrong my friend, ronnie has the best hams followed by heath in history. Professional BB's know by today's standards dorian loses bcoz of his lower body, go look at interviews of experts and BB's. Dorian was good for his time
Amazing !👍🏅🏆
Incredible
💓Big🙏💓🙏Fan💓
Ronnie💯always Ronnie🔥🔥🔥
🙏Respect 💓Every💓Bodybuilder🔥
The cutest muscle monster what a physique
Which training style do you like the most? Dorian's High Intensity or Ronnie's High Volume?
Both have build a Big Back. Gotta try both to see what works best for you ✊
@Ok but He Won 8 times the biggest competition in the World. For me personally it would be worth.
@Ok That's not how that works.
Dorian style : it did work form me and made big improvements. I had been training years multiple sets multiples exercises and then stop progressing till when switched to DY style.
Dorian
H.I.T heavy duty!
Both are my favorite 🐐
LOVE BODYBUILDING WITH ALL MY HEART
The reason these two are the most dominant ever is even when they were off, they were still better than everyone else. Dorian’s posing and density mixed with his graininess are second to none. Ronnie with the great separation and sheer mass just catapulted him to first every year. Mind you, neither deserved EVERY Mr Olympia they won, but they were still the cream of the crop.
No... When they were off they were not better than everybody else. Both were gifted Sandows they should have lost.
I said that within the comment, at the bottom. 😐
Dorian's back will never be matched by anyone.
True
Except ronnie off course
Thanks for the video, I am a Yates fan however in my opinion it is a matter of preference, insane gritty, dense conditioning of Yates or larger than life size of the great Coleman...take your pick
muscles buddies, please, recommend other videos to train as a mosnter,. like this one.
The quantity of muscle fibers present in dorian yetes is insane.
Титаны своего времени, Колеман вообще феномен🔥👍💪💪💪
Ronie's back was like Yujiro Hanma's demon face back.
BOTH GUYS ARE UNMATCHABLE !
Dorian had some asymmetry in his lats too.
@@doublem1975x no.
@@Atlas-mm3dn Yep. He just had Unnatural lats. Dorian had ripped lats. Not humanly possible. Dorian smokes Ronnie in the back department
Get Yr eyes tested no one comes close to Ronnie different league
@@kaladinstormblessed765 Yes. In his right lat. once you see it you can’t not see it. Who cares tho, everybody has a little asymmetry. They’re humans not art sketches.
Ronnie any day any era !!
‘From the back he demolished me a lot of years’ out of context that’s funny 🤣🤣
This was effin Great. For real.
Lee Haney had a great back too. He was awsome after he O8.
NO BODY MEANS NO BODY CAN BEAT RONNIE COLEMAN
Except Gunter Schlierkamp and Father Time. Jay Cutler got the assist! Haha
YATES beat Coleman all day everyday
