Curbing Stunting in Ethiopia Using Spirulina

Stunting is low average height in relation to age. The stunting rate in the current adult population is 67% and among the new born it stands at 38% which is very high. The objective of this project is to intervene swiftly in the reduction of stunting and malnutrition in Ethiopia and elsewhere in Africa by increasing spirulina farm. The Spirulina can be considered as a complete food, it has all the micro-nutrients, most of the vitamins, macro-nutrients also and all the essential & non-essential amino acids
