You are right. For unbelted occupants, a front airbag will typically deploy when the crash is the equivalent of an impact into a rigid wall at 10-12 mph. We were behind a wall, bumper to bumper, and in the drive through lane.
@@abitoferthang3788 also true. I had a Toyota that had a recall once and I’ve removed them before too. I get the airbag fear. You have to meet specific criteria for it to deploy. It has a specific speed, direction, and impact requirement. Criteria would not have been met.
@@abitoferthang3788aww look someone got proven wrong and can’t take a fucken hint… no one gives a fuck he’s in a drive thru.. someone not have dad? Cuz my dad did that

I know it was harmless but just know that you are asking for a lashing for posting it lol. Guess we should just appreciate that people are scolding you bc there are actually bad parents out there that deserve the ridicule.
@@dneroaddiction man, i can appreciate they just want the best for my kids but i think my age is showing. I remember sitting on the center counsel of my dads 86 Buick that had no seat belts or airbags and whenever we came close to an accident I was fine because my mom put her arm in front of me.

That’s the best!
