Yeah, every building (including mine right now) has one. When I first saw that line I was thinking it was crazy they were filming there. It's obviously extremely loud and Figgy skates like a hurricane coming through your condo. I would think it was the raddest thing ever, but I'm not surprised this old lady is less than thrilled.
That building is in Westwood aka Jew Ville.
If she lives there, she has every right to not want skaters there and to call them disrespectful if they don't leave.

I miss the good old days before Nike SB when Emerica was on top of the skate game. Their team is so core and just full of rippers. When I was in high school everybody wore whatever pair of Reynolds were out in 2009 before Janoskis hit our local shop. Now I see more Nike than a skater needs to.
