      When a business comes into your town and forces you to move, that’s called gentrification. You have city councils that are supposed to stop that. The park could’ve bought some farmland in the rural area, away from traffic and literally made themselves a destination, not a pit stop on the side of the road behind a neighborhood.

      @Matthew Yoink I used to be a delivery driver in Frisco, they extremely wealth and can easily afford to move if they so choose so. The average cost of a home in Frisco is $750,000, so again, I don't really feel bad for rich people having to deal with traffic. Especially since it's really just going to raise the value of their already overpriced homes.

      @@Whatguy11 I get that, I don’t feel bad either, but I don’t want businesses coming to north Texas thinking everywhere is fine to do this. The cities are packed enough, these kind of developments need to spread out. I don’t want to deal with extra traffic trying to do my pleb job whether it helps their house value or not.
