I have only used dasheen bush when I make my callaloo. I like it so much better than Jamaican callaloo. When Beres Hammond asks, “Who made this greens?,” with a big smile, you know you’ve done it right! Although this isn’t a video on callaloo, I was excited to see dasheen bush used in a recipe. My callaloo is more like a stew.

eddoe can be a bit bitter I find.. the tender dasheen ones are better IMHO
