I love a Redrow video! I love the larder cupboards they put in their kitchens and that you open all the cupboards and mystery doors for us. It’s a lovely property, I think the only thing it’s lacking is some openers in the side windows in the kitchen/diner, the window vents are useful but you might not always want to open the patio doors if you set the smoke alarm off! (Mine is usually triggered by by son making himself a bacon butty 😂)
Hi, I am new to your channel and don't have much idea of UK properties. When you say it's 1218 sq ft, is it the plot size(house+garden+parking), ground floor construction area only or ground + 1st floor construction area?
Hi Karl We do a mix of different things, we go direct, we call the sales teams, we introduce ourselves. Just keep trying until you build up momentum :)

That's a great suggestion, it would be good to be able to use the doors as windows if you just want some fresh air every now and then.
@@PropertyVlogsUK also in my son’s defence, he’s more used to using his ceramic hob - I have gas rings. He actually makes a great bacon butty 👍

Hi Vicky, the 1218sqft refers to the size of the house only as the plot of land differs depending on the plot you reserve :)

It was around £360,000 but the prices are now looking around £420,000.
