The convertible hubs are nice, same with the mechanical actuated hydraulics.
I'm very interested in the disc braking system. Seems like the no-brainer way to go to me if one wants hydraulic though I have both types and honestly prefer the cable actuated modulation over hydraulic even though one could probably one finger brake all day with hydraulic. I do NOT like the Giant Contend method of putting a reservoir hanging off the front of the handlbars with just a short cable to the levers; Giant stole a page from Cannondale right there!

Can anyone tell me how much does an Intersekt weigh? 2017
Too many points of engagement in a freewheel would make coasting inefficient.
