Why does it say no heating up with out mug? Do I need to have one in there while it's heating up?

They make another one that is just like the mug press that closes like a purse with handles on top...and I LOVE it. I haven't seen this one before but it looks really nice. Good product.

My sublimation design will not transfer on to my tumblr? I am using Htvront sublimation paper and a Epson et-48-- eco tank. What do i do ? I also put my press on 356 and 50sec twice as directed.

love this tutorial. Curious as to what you ship your glasses in? I have been researching most cost effective secure packing materials. my glases came in their own box but not sure if it is sturdy enough to protect the glass even with bubble wrap. Thanks for any guidance.
Just measure your cups and get the size box that fits that size mugs. Usually 5x5x5 boxes are perfect

I have the same one, but my tumblers either come out fade or no with letters brown I need help with the correct temperature 😭
I just bought it, I did a mug but it didn't sublimate it, I even left more time and all it came it was the sublimation paper hard still with the picture and nothing in the mug

you feel for it. until it can't move and it's not too tight where its hard to open

Hi. I have been watching you for a while. You show items from Amazon, HTW, and HPN. Would you consider doing a give a way or some type of discount with these items. I can’t speak for anyone else but I don’t have it in my budget this week for “prime day”, that ends today. Omg😮😮😮😮 the press on amazon here in Canada is....981.00 NO WAY! I will stick with my oven where I can do at least 4 at a time. To me the tumbler press is way over priced and a waste of time.
