Yeah, I had to clean up my act a bit as YT is censorship central now. It is one of the worst of all the platforms. Looking at the adds in D1 on FB there seems to be hundreds of 1 bedroom, serviced, wifi, management fee, pool, gym, etc in giant hi rise buildings for $7-800. I have stayed in them on short term basis.

I'd pay you for a 10-20 minute zoom call for tips on helping me with the the title making, description and whatever tips you have to help me reach 500 subs? I've been stuck at 400's for a year

He is not that type of person she is 100% of age, but I agree seems expensive, but d2 doesn't have a lot of accommodation for foreigners so it's not surprising anything in that area will be more than a district that has a lot of similar stock. Same in d5.

Yes, you can definitely find that it depends a lot on the project. I'd say starting at $700 or $800 but definitely up.
Opinion on AI? Will it replace all teacher jobs?
Definitely at some stage but I don't think it's there yet.
Use AI for titles? Never thought of that
