Bro I got a new bike and it didn’t have spools and I never knew what that flat attachment for my stand was, thank you 4 years later 😊

So the "L Type" attachment works on YOUR bikes. I do NOT own the same motorcycles.
An unmodified "L Type" attachment is very dubious on my latest machine: the 2023/4 CFMoto CLC450 as, because of an inward facing threaded nub UNDERNEATH the swingarm which is slightly rearward of the axle position, this attachment tilts up BEHIND swingarm ends and threatens to DROP the bike!
To use the "L Type" safely, I'd need to CUT AWAY the leading edge of the horizontal portion so that the metal pivot mounting is further forward, and maybe even add a drilled (or notched) metal bracket to the rear edge of the horizontal portion to support the drive-length adjustment screw which is central to the rear end of the swingarm on each side.
The "U Type" attachments do support the axle nuts on both sides but are likely to score those nuts over time.
