Dark Souls is a dark fantasy action role-playing game series developed by FromSoftware and published by Bandai Namco Entertainment. It began with the release of Dark Souls (2011) and has seen two sequels, Dark Souls II (2014) and Dark Souls III (2016). The series was created by Hidetaka Miyazaki and has received critical acclaim, with its high level of difficulty being among its most discussed aspects, while the first Dark Souls is often cited as one of the greatest games of all time. Other FromSoftware games, including Demon's Souls, Bloodborne, and Elden Ring, share several related concepts and led to the creation of the Soulslike subgenre. A remastered version of the game, titled Dark Souls: Remastered, was released in 2018.

Man, I love this playthrough, but you sure aren't one for fashion souls, huh, lol.
Also, I haven't been able to catch up fully, but have you considered switching weapons? Dark Souls is all about experimentation and changing strategy. While this build may work just fine for the whole game, I implore you to check out each new weapon's moveset, one of them may have one you like more. That said, pretty much every single weapon is viable in the soulsborne games, there are very few bad weapons.

@Zapdos7471 On one hand, your goddamn right. On another hand, (while I haven't actually watched this far in the playthrough yet), it seems he is doing what a lot of first time players do, having the absolute maximum defense before the point where you start fat-rolling.

@@blublugamingchannel Assuming you are genuinely asking, it's exactly what it sounds like, prioritizing fashion over function with armor, since armor is not the end all be all.

This is a general problem with fromsoft fans. You gotta do it x way, you don't need Z or Y
