You could probably expect a mouse to be in any hotel in London but, I’d be disgusted at the way they handled your situation. If you still wanted the meal, they should have boxed it up for you free of charge.

We fully understand that building especially in cities could have rodents about but we still don’t want them in the restaurant 🤣

Absolutely they shouldn’t be running around the restaurant eek! Or anywhere in sight haha. Not sure I’d stay there after seeing that.
