Oh boy, it's like the episode from Futurama that all the old folks are in virtual reality
This is a fantastic use for VR!! Even old people need something cool like this every once in awhile.
An 85 YO family member has Parkinson’s and has gone through tremendous loss. This person used to be a world traveler…how fun to bring back just a bit of that wonder with VR!
Maybe for mobility or homebound seniors. I keep active physically and mentally every day, very active. Might be fun to play but rather expensive.
Hello, control group?? Maybe they just felt good that they had an activity to be excited about, not necessarily VR….
VR is for everyone. No one ever put an age limit on it. With that said i have yet to use mine.
What's wrong with VR helping to solve lonliness?
@@user-zm6qj9cz7b Be thankful, but be compassionate too. Not everyone is so fortunate, and there may come a time when that changes for you. I'm 65, so these aren't new thoughts to me as I age. What can you do to make that better for someone else?
I agree.
Reality ain’t always pretty, but it’s real
It's my grandpa's favorite for virtual bingo night.
I’ve been following this hype since it was called VRML, it’s the same hucksterism offering a technical solution to a human problem other technology created.
So it’s some kind of tool that needs a leash (15 minutes at a time, not every day etc) to be considered therapeutic so when the leash fails, as it will, isn’t it safe to assume that this “tool” will become harmful when abused and wasn’t this an in-artful evasion of that in service of the company’s self interest promoting itself. This is product placement and the human interest angle is gratuitous, at best.
No more seeing family because of covid paranoia , just spend time with family through a screen only. Please tell me how to live my life
The Industrial Revolution and its consequences have been a disaster for the human race

JESUS wants to be The Spark! He is a Friend that sticks closer than a brother.

SOULS LIVE FOREVER!

WITHOUT JESUS IN YOUR HEART, THE LAKE OF FIRE AWAITS.
A SAD WAY TO LIVE. SAD
Wonder if that would work for trumpy supporters.🕶️
