I never could understand why ppl liked “snuff”. It’s just way too soft for them. About the only song of theirs that I don’t like.

Just found you guys, I loved this reaction, you 2 are me and my GF, She doesn't get why I love this music so much..lol But her 15 old daughter gets me and loves Slipknot, so with much convincing to her mom last weekend I took her to her first concert, and yes it was Slipknot...she LOVED IT! Do Snuff live...I'm sure your wife will love it.

Just for a little background info, slipknot wears masks as a statement to show that music doesn’t need to be about beauty, as you see a lot in most of hip hop or any other genre. They also use it to express a part of themselves from earlier in life, most of them had a lot of issues growing up. I’m glad y’all liked it because most people listen to them and just say they are listening to noise, but they put more emotion into their songs than most artists now a days (in my opinion).

This song remains my personal favourite thing from them. Plenty of energy, the spoken parts recorded thru the "telephone" EQ work really well.... & it *grooves* The vid's a ton of fun too.
I've a feeling Stone Sour would be more suitable for the audience that Slipknot tbh. Or for novelty factor, the song he contributed to for Dave Grohl's Sound City thing is cool.
