@@jonbikaku6133 naa no need to wait for the Ultra the pro is phenomenal I doubt the Ultra will be a massive improvement, I have the x100 pro and will only upgrade to the x200pro that's when we should see substantial improvement

At 13:00 you say the Vivo image is taken with the 4.3x telephoto lens, but the image watermark says 46mm and not 100mm. What's going on there?

Oh good catch, yeah that must be the 2x lens then. I think I got confused because the video of the same subject was at 4.3x. I will be trying my best to get the 14 Ultra in, very interested to see how it compares!

Awesome comparison mate I subscribed. Very well done. I imported a oppo find x7 ultra to the UK as well, absolutely love it so far. Massive improvement over my old Samsung. I've noticed in my shooting and your comparisons the phone will generally not use the 6x lens if the scene isn't well lit (you can tell in the details, shows a f stop of 2.6 instead of 4.3, means its cropping from the 65mm lens). You can force it to use the 6x though by using the night mode setting. Oppo still have a bit of optimization to do, they are still going to introduce "raw max" for instance, but I'm still super happy with the phone. Hardware wise its crazy good, and not to mention its a great phone apart from the camera 😅
You can force 6x zoom using master mode too. Master mode is even more natural. I prefer it.
How's everything going with the phone? Did you had any issue with OS and the notifications?
Optical 6x is always used in NIGHT mode but MASTER mode too, so you avoid crop, daylight and low light. In general try MASTER mode, in daylight and low light. It gives you control over sharpness, saturation etc. so u obtain very true to life photos.

I'd suggest in future vids to focus more on people and portraits of people as I believe this is quite a big issue with the Chinese phone brands like Honor etc.
They seem to always choose weird colour tones for people. I feel this is why alot of the West still choose Samsung, Pixel and iPhone.

I'm not sure exactly what you're looking for, but I can't see any PWM options in there
@@NEONAIRSHIP The setting is called Full PWM (on/off). Located in the developer settings. Developer settings will be available in System menu after you tap several times on buil number, which is located in: settings - about phone - software information

Not bad comparison, but zero humans/animals portrait photos and zero 15x-100x zoom photos. Oppo is not the best in 10x, but better than x100 pro in 15x-100x zoom photos in every review, because in this extra-zoom he uses algorithms with more sharpening(like a vivo) and have a better lens.
