If I have any type of razer keyboard with macro is it enough for superglide or mouse is necessary ?

I was experimenting with a lot of these superglide macros and i wonder if its really consistent because either it isnt consistent at all or i cant hit the timing properly. You think its still inconsistent or do i just have to practice on timings more?
