That's the year when the first Roblox user was born, also known as Admin, which was a test account to test moderation and stuff. And yes, Roblox used to let you put spaces in your username, but was removed in Late 2006 due to people trying to impersonate staff's names. There are a few ones, like "The Dan Man," which was an account created on August 22, 2006, and was the 2016th account.

It's because the woman face was made by hackers, but later used by Roblox to make the woman face, since they didn't want to have to reupload the decal used, they just used it, and it was called "honey"

The reason Roblox removed spaces in names is because you could add spaces to the start or end of a username to create the illusion that two people have the same name. The two biggest examples were the usernames: Spyro & Jacobxxduel (now known as the famous ugc creator Reverse_Polarity).
Edit after finishing the video: Roblox didn’t start as Interactive Physics, that was just Dave’s first company. Dave took what he learned from that company, and combined it with his love for construction toys along with what he learned from investing in the 2004 company Friendster. All of that is what gave him the idea for Roblox!
