Then you haven't seen Blackberry Smoke live. They opened for BBS in Key West just before they parted ways. Bob Smithers - is Drew playing in any traveling bands today?
I was fortunate to see Drew with Bishop Gunn open for Blackberry Smoke in Key West in late 2019 or early 2020. Unfortunately they broke up shortly after.
Hate that they broke up. Since the release of the new album, of all of the songs, this one really makes me miss them, but especially Drew…jeez, what a talent. Can’t wait to see where he goes. Thank you for sharing…
Saw them for first time last night, they r so Amazing, Awesome, I will b going to see them as much as I can and buying their merchandise. Love their personalities, hope they never change, hope Life blesses them big, They r a Blessing with their true Southern Sounds and Souls ♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡
@@melaniem697 This needs to be on the next album for sure! I love this song! Hard to believe it wasn't on anything yet. This will be a standout on any album!
Chris Miller thank you! He rarely sings covers anymore...maybe a couple in a show (crowd favs I imagine), but he’s def a writer. His EP as well as full CD,Natchez, are all songs he wrote with the exception of ,I believe maybe one blues cover and Devil is a Woman which the bass player of Bishop Gunn, Ben Lewis penned. They will be In NOLA on 3/30/19...you should catch them at Hog Fest at the Lakefront.
@@melaniem697 Melanie, you responded to a question about this video recently and i realize you're probably Travis' sister? Anyway, i had a conflict for the Mobile and Hogfest shows you mentioned and cancelled my trip to natchez due to the weather for the BGCB. Looking at their schedule it doesn't seem that they'll be in the south louisiana area anytime soon. I'm contemplating making a road trip to New York for the June 3rd show at the Rockwood Music Hall. Before making those plans I'm trying to make sure this is their show and not opening for someone else. There's not allot of info out there pertaining to this show and i'd like to see a headline set as opposed to an opening short set. I'd appreciate any info you might have or could get on this show (or insight into any possible shows here in the south). Many thanks! Chris
These boys are from my home town, true southern rockers the likes that haven't been seen since Skynyrd!
Preach it Brother
