I have a problem with the yoyo returning to my hand at the end of the trick. Do you have any tips for this? It is still spinning, I have a decent sleeper, but sometimes the string tends to return "messy" to the yoyo (some pieces of string are around the yoyo, not completely on it, forming some knot-holes). Is it possible the string is too thick for my yoyo?
I have another variation of Rock the baby it's sorta like the rib n good trick but when you grab the string from your thumb it makes a triangle and it's a lot faster

Hey um i am planning to get a yoyo.Which would be a better option the fizz or velocity. I can do basic tricks like rock the baby and walk the dog.I am practising my man on the flying trapeze and would like to know which is a better yoyo to learn from.The fizz or velocity?
If you are already working on Man on the Flying Trapeze you are way beyond the Fizz. The Velocity is fine, but its design is kind of old. I would recommend the Sage instead, especially if you can get it in the Starter Pack. The pack includes an additional bearing that will upgrade to yoyo for unresponsive play. It also comes with extra strings, which you will want for any yoyo you get.

whenever I try rock the baby, my cradle is too long and tall, how should I lower my cradle?
Let the string slide through your fingers a bit so that the baby rocks lower in the cradle.

Responsive yoyos are primarily used for looping. So 1a, 3a and 5a all use unresponsive yoyos. Responsive yoys dont need a bind to return.
In our videos, whenever we use the Fizz yoyo (the green yoyo in this video) or the red Sage yoyo, then it can be done on a responsive yoyo. I suggest you download our app for your phone. In the Level Up section we arrange all tricks by difficulty so that you can find the tricks that will work for your yoyo. There are tons of 1a tricks that we teach with a responsive yoyo.

Fizz if you've never yoyoed, Velocity if you can do basic stuff
I have a duncan butterfly how log6 do they spin
5-10 seconds. If you want a yoyo that is good for learning tricks you will want to get a ball bearing yoyo, like the Fizz we use in this video. Ball bearing yoyos usually spin 30 seconds or longer with a straight and powerful throw.

There is not. Better to get a yoyo designed for those tricks, like the Oracle.

Maybe your yoyo is responsive type of yoyo, do you aware of that?
There is 2 basic types of yoyo responsive and unresponsive, responsive yoyo means it will instantly go back to you and the unresponsive yoyo can go to sleep

All unresponsive yoyos are equally advanced. If you are there to help your friend learn how to bind, I wouldn't worry too much about getting an unresponsive yoyo. The Wedge is excellent.

Can yoyos be fake?
I think this is a stupid question but I'm new so yea.
Sometimes people say "that's a fake yoyo", but it is not always clear what they mean. Some think ball bearing yoyos, like the ones we use are fake. Some think yoyos that cannot sleep are fake. I personally don't find it useful to say a yoyo is fake.

Have to admit, i am not very happy with the fizz, bought it for the kids, since it was told easier, but its frickin hard to get it to sleep, so they stay on their velocity....
Does the yoyo never sleep, or does it just not sleep as easy as the Velocity?
@@yotricks when i throw it very softly i get it to sleep (but useless, since not much spin) if i throw hard i never get it to sleep, i can open up the gap, but then after a while the yoyo explodes :)
Put on a new string. The string that comes with the Fizz is extra thick to make it easier to get the yoyo back up. With a normal polyester string it is quite easy to get the Fizz yo sleep for a very long time.
