Carla Fracci, The Dying Swan, hauntingly beautiful and tragic.

Her beautiful wrists and hands, her angst ridden facial expressions, the fragile quaking of her feather tutu as her life force ebbs... all utterly haunting and tragic.
The Dying Swan is a solo choreographed by Mikhail Fokine for ballerina Anna Pavlova, who performed it about 4,000 times.
