@@evgenivasileuski559 well you gotta think about how the gangs were and everything there was probably no one that wanted to apply to become an officer cause then they would be a target by the gangs, and same with teachers where they probably didn't want to deal with the kids and everything, which I know this wouldn't be normal in real life, but jumping over a crowd to kick a guy in the face off the same ground as the crowd, then obviously the anime is gon be non realistic.
