Y'know I thought of something, with Rapid Brutality, the Backpack Build is even stronger if you slap on Agitation with Mad Grit and Rapid Brutality, it makes escaping from the killer's grasp almost impossible.

Lol just seems extremely scummy and childish to me to do that to someone just because they hit the control key a few times. Killers impact the game in ways that survivor can't so I just see it as some harmless bm. It's really not a big deal. I personally don't do it though unless the killer is being a scumbag (tunneling/camping at 5/4 gens or bming on hook unless it's warranted like at end game). I always thought Rapid Brutality was a horrible perk but man does it work well with Clown and STBFL.
It's not horrible on killers that can get trough pallets adequatel....,demogorgon,nemesis,blight are good users,clownnaswell since he can already cheese hits around a pallet even without bloodlust and there is one more candidate in mind that can use rapid brutality wonderfully and its scratched mirror myers,since you cannot get bloodlust while being undetectable anyway,he's the only killer who doesn't get the drawbacks of not being able to gain bloodlust

It really wasn't just me who thought Rapid Brutality and STBFL would be a great combo
it really isnt lol. RB saves you 1.5 seconds after a hit, STBFL saves 5. It only works on clown because he never uses bloodlust.
@CampinSteve Even if it's only 6.5 seconds per hit (which I don't believe anyways, especially with a killer like Clown whose chase power boosts the effectiveness of perks like these threefold), you're getting like 16 hits a match, which saves 104 seconds.
And who the frick uses Bloodlust anyways!? The only thing Bloodlust helps with is deciding you spent WAAAAAAY too long on this chase.
I thought this perk was bad and overrated but was pointed out to me just how good it is for killers that already lose bloodlust from powers like sadako. It feels like they actually did something for lower tiers for once. And I think the perk is healthy

I use iron grasp, agitation, COB, and NTH…throw down haste pick up survivor fly over to a gen in progress put them on the closest hook and go kick the gen…fun af

Try with pwyf and machine learning rapid brutality will replace lost pwyf stack and when machine learning pops you will move at like Mach 5 just imagine them slowed plus you have %45 speed boost basically insta down

I am loving the fact that tea baggers always get their well deserves... it's like a equilibrium has been achieved. Their over confidence mixed with perk balances only equals their demise.
I have recently had flashlight switchers, sabot squads, head-on bully squads... and they always get owned. It's now only the none cocky that escape.
They playing to troll, don't think they care if they escape lol Some people actually find more fun in flashlight saves and pallet saves then doing gens and being called gen rushers

What about Coup + Rapid Brutality + STBFL + Forced Hesitation?
You've got the stacking speed of the bottles + Rapid's boost
And then the slow of the Bottles + Forced.
Alternately throw in Infectious fright instead of STBFL and you've got a nasty 4k build.

As often as I run into people trying to body block and sabotage I always use starstruck with clown. People love to bully him. I'd swap out Coop and brutal strength for starstruck and Franklin's these people would rage quit in the first Chase of the game.

I like the concept but it doesn't change the fact that he's still a d tier killer. Against a well organized squad you would most likely still lose the game just cause he has no counter to survivours splitting up and playing extremely safe.
