4 stalks celery
2 bay leaves
1onion chopped
3 to 4 potatoes chopped
1butternut squash chopped
1can corn
1bag green peas
1frozen bag carrots
1/4 cup red wine
1-32 oz beef broth
3beef bullion cubes
1green pepper chopped
1 packet beef stew seasoning pack
Flour
Oil to coat pan
Salt, pepper, garlic powder, parsley flakes red pepper flakes
Crushed tomatoes half can
2 heaping teaspoons tomato paste

Due to seizures and amnesia each time I cook I turn to CZcams and Gina Young. I just take my iPad into the kitchen and with the aid of the pause button I follow along, it’s like having a sister show you along. I tasted the sauce just before I set the .35 minute mark, Mmmm. Than X! for your tutelage and your enthusiasm.
Mrs Gina I literally have a bowl and spoon in my hand. I've said it once and dog gone I'll say it again you are the best, you need your own show on the cooking channel. Watch out Martha Stewart there's a new sheriff in town lol

“ Kaldereta” seasoning!

I like the way you made your beef stew. I made some beginning of the year and I had was watching different CZcams videos and they were using tomato juice but I know tomato juice is kind of acidic it has too much acid in it for me but I used to anyway because I didn't think about any alternatives. Here you're using crushed tomatoes and tomato paste that's would be less acidic for me. I noticed people will flour their meat then brown the meat in oil. I like the way you did it you put the flour in with the vegetables. Easy peasy lol. I'm definitely going to try your recipe in January I might make it for New Year's Day. Delicious comfort food for the winter time. Tfs...✌💜

I used to skip school junior high I go sit down under the bridge with this old black man on the Bayou and he taught me to eat sardines on crackers with hot sauce and I tell you what I thought he was crazy until I tasted it. He used to take the Sardine out of the can put it on the tracker and but a drop of hot sauce on it and hand it to me and from everything that I had learned from my dumb ass f***** up family I was scared. That man taught me more in life that has lasted over a half a century that anyone could have ever taught me in the schoolhouse room. You're doing a fine job ma'am thank you very much. Got to go bye
