Daym 4am seen solar salesman that gets up at 9 am and kicks ass but its about mindset of abundance and now is slow and shit but he used to make real serious money $600k-$800k before they nuked interest rates up to unbareble levels now even RE is struggling and all

2 years into being an SDR here, I'm 25 working towards Account Executive. The best advice I can give is stay level-headed. When things are going well, don't ease up on your prospecting. When things are going bad, don't spiral and stop prospecting. If you can do that while aiming to do 50% more activities (calls/emails) than the top performing rep on your team, you WILL succeed. It is a phenomenal, well paid, critical skill building career as long as you can manage your stress regardless of your quota.
