- Trucos simples de cámara, pero con buen gusto y mucha imaginación. Una joya de Terence Hill y Bud Spencer. De todos los personajes que hacían, Trinity siempre fue mi preferido.
- Komedie
Anyone else notice that he didn't cut the deck. He put them back in the same order.
yeah ofcourse, Travis, how else is he going to cheat, hahaha
Travis Sloas yes sir. Trinity is the best.
Yes
Travis Sloas, indeed
Indeed. Wich one was the sheatest?
My two favorite spaghetti westerns: Trinity and Trinity is Still My Name. After Clint of course. As a teenager I remember laughing so hard at these 2 movies.
Bud Spencer 99% of the time: poker face.
Bud Spencer playing poker: HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
I really like Both of them, natural comedians, fantastic facial expressions. Great actors.
Back when acting was actual acting, and not looking confused and sweaty on a greenscreen
Film really was well done back then, completely different from today. No dramatic music, no obvious indication of the trick being made. Just a silence and a poker game. Makes you feel like you are there in the room watching. Love it.
Exactly.
exactly
Great minds think alike!
Exactly
All these guys reaction is just hilarous, when they got hand they get one in milliok time, when is so good hand and so all of them are into raising the money, but the dude that gave the cards got still best cards and won the big pot, while all others have great cards still.
2:19, he puts the other half back on top again like the deck was never cut! Brilliant move from the brilliant character! LOL
was just about to comment on this part, too, but... I'm not sure if putting the top half back on top was intended, or a mistake that they just let go.
you noticed that too?
I thought it was brilliant.
He stacked the deck so he had to make sure it was not cut. Totally intended.
i was hoping other people caught that
Suspicious not brilliant.
The cut is part of the humor, but as a card mechanic, he knows what his hand and all the others are without looking, a totally brilliant scene. Great characters. A great partnership, Terrance and Bud. Among the best western comedies. My favorite is Bud trying to teach stage robbery, a classic, and the acting of incredulity is perfect.
They even have movies other than westerns. I remember a movie where they race cars, and criss the finish line with one's car on top of the other's car.
They did loads of movies together.
Do you think a card mechanic can be really that good that they know everyone's cards or at least let's say close to it ?
@@confirmhandle Have you ever seen one that really knew what he was doing? What is the worst hand in poker? Isn’t it a great hand that is second best? And I’ve watched a skilled one who dealt our hands each one a little better than the previous, and it was impossible to see how he was able to do it. So playing poker for money requires a great trust in those who touch the cards, doesn’t it? And remember that they may give you five winners before they clean you out, by luck?
@@baronbattles4681 There is a Polish movie 'Wielki Szu'(Big Shar) and in it, the main hero is saying that he was training his hands for decades to move as clumsily as posible to make the impression that he have no idea how to play cards...
Proper movie to watch for anyone who wants to see a movie about people who cheat at poker.
@@baronbattles4681 As a player you can always pay attention to HOW the cards are being handled. With a few rules it would be EXTREMELY hard for a card mechanic to manipulate a deck.
I love how no one caught that he put the deck cut back on top of the deck, essentially making the cut worthless
Lol 😂
I caught that
I caught it
There are only three men at the table that were SUPPOSED not to see that. Everybody, and I mean EVERYBODY, else saw that, of course!!
i caught the cut is wrong
The shuffling, the cut etc hilarious. Loved the Trinity movies.
He is good very enjoyable movies
One of the best scene in movie history!
Specially when Bud Spencer’s mimic goes happy and funny and then Terence Hill’s looks “Hold on bro chill, don’t show our tricks them” moments remarkable… 🕶
😂😂😂😂😂
"How bout we cut the pack?" "How bout we don't."
Just love Terrence's blue eyes, he and Bud are brilliant together.
He always looked Dirty so and was also so Cool. These are some of the best westerns ever made . Terrance Hill is a true Legend .Wish he would make a new one. Timeless and thank you for the Upload .
Scott Dickens USMC, I agree! One of my favorite scenes he made was when he ate from a frying pan, a full load of beans with a loaf of bread. It was --- "A Man Called Nobody." In an interview he said he really did eat all of that food. He said the produce asked him not to eat for a few days prior to the shooting, which he did. He's a better man than me on that front. Wow!
Steve Douglas The man didn’t eat for three entire days! That’s nuts. I don’t know if I could do that. I love food too much. I got some mad respect for that man being able to do that.
@@R0gueM He didn't eat for 36 hrs not three days ...three days is 72 hrs ...
Terence is very old at the moment, I don't think he could. Bud ha sadly died.
They should have demanded to see Trinity's fifth card! ...It was probably another ace- ha ha!

I enjoyed watching this movie with my dad in the late 70’s. I miss your laugh dad, love you.
yes, that's right, my father too and who knows how many others. I often think about it, greetings to you.
Legend says his fifth card was an ace.
Best scene in the world
Impossible since there are only 4 aces in the deck. A standard 52 card deck of cards had 4 suits for each card which means there can only be 4 of each card.
@@pauldavis5665 rrrwooosh
@@pauldavis5665 it was a joke you mouthbreather
nono it was revealed in the directors cut. it was the joker
@@sebberbutz8812 No, I wasn't joking. I was serious, there are only 4 aces in the deck. If you don't believe me, just buy a deck of cards yourself and look at them.
The true mastery of cheating, is not just giving yourself the winning hand, but giving others a hand that should win
It's not cheating it's art
Richard Turner could set that up
There is a wonderful scene in Croupier with Clive Owen much like this. No one believes he did it on purpose.
The Pokerstars algorithm. :)
Also, he never once raised he just called everything silently and let them do it all
Love Trinity movies, such classics.
Anyone else notice that everyone else notice that he didn't cut the deck, but put them back in the same order?
They got that from Harpo Marx in "Animal Crackers" (1930).

The reverse waterfall was awesome. Such a great scene.
These were some of the most hilarious scenes created in an Italian Western!
The two Trinity movies have been a go to since I discovered them in the late 80's. The scene at the bar after this with the drawing of the guns makes the whole scene.
Also I just can't get over how Blue Terrence's eyes are.
Solid gold! Tried introducing them to others but they are just too well made for people to catch the subtle irony - helps if you're a spaghetti western fan, I guess.
I first watched them in childhood, not these waesterns but som more light series. About 30 years ago. Now I watch them cut scenes on youtube and just amazed with his eyes. absolute blue on white
every time i watch the trinity movies, i find myself wishing that there was a third in the series. a trinity trilogy
@@mgcqball There is a third one called my name is nobody. Henry Fonda was in that but Bud was not. I didn't think it was near as good as these 2.

Is the great Mago Binarelli
Guys, this is a comedy and not a film about poker
serratop true lol
Dek 1234 lol
serratop true maybe they want the Cincinnati kid or The sting
Ass maggot nugget lump!
BOTH.....hahahaha WOW
you have to love those two ...never made a bad movie...
the villain deals Terence the first hand and he passes without even looking at his cards...pure comedy
Comedy? Really? I thought this was the history channel. Wow, was I wrong!
And not only does that tell us that he knew the hand was dirty, but he knew the player was before he even sat down.
2 of the best movies ever done.👍
"How 'bout we cut the pack, huh?"... LMAO... truly a classic...
Oh man, I have to rewatch these movies. Been waayyy too long since I've seen these, way too long.
Best scene that too shooted in 1972.. excellent director love from india..
One of the best scenes, I haver ever seen in a movie.
2:19 Dude cuts the deck, and Trinity puts it back the way it was before the cut. LOL!

Just discovered this movie. It's now at the top of my watch list.
Have you seen They Call Me Nobody? Terrance Hill at his best there, too.
Italian actors Terence Hill (born 1939) and Bud Spencer (1929-2016) made numerous films together. They "garnered world acclaim and attracted millions to theater seats". Hill and Spencer's birth names are Mario Girotti and Carlo Pedersoli, respectively.
They first worked together in Hannibal (1959), but not as a duo. Most of their early films were "Spaghetti Westerns", beginning with God Forgives... I Don't! (1967), the first part of a trilogy, followed by Ace High (1968) and Boot Hill (1969). They Call Me Trinity (1970), its sequel, Trinity Is Still My Name (1971), and Troublemakers (1994), their last screen pairing, were in the same genre.
In 2017, a video game inspired by their films, Bud Spencer & Terence Hill: Slaps and Beans, was released.

Right when I saw him do his first shuffle I already knew the deck was stacked for an all in scenario, lol this is more accurate then you realize if you play with a magician
CLASSIC. Bud & Terrence 4-ever!
I love how he picks up the cut in same order was cut!🤣
I can’t believe I haven’t heard of this movie before! I love poker!
See Big Hand for a little lady
This is almost 50 years old, let that sink in
I like how they turn their heads slowly in this scene.. lol specially when he says I pass without seeing his cards lmao

John Smith It's dirt.
I need whatever bronzer he's got
Omg i was thinking the same thing..😂😂😂😂
Incredible how they all had southern US accents being most of the actors native Italians.

Every trinity movie is pure gold.
I love that trinity literally placed the cut deck back where it started essentially causing a no cut.
The following scene where the fancy pants dude with the wide-brimmed hat calls Trinity out as a “cheat” and what follows is fall out of your chair laughing hilarious!!!
A card cheat calling out another player for cheating.
The "dressing code" & absolute filth of Trinity is quite something 😂😂 & he enjoyed it all absolutely 😂😂😂
i like the spectators reaction when he mix the card🤣 _"ooouuuuuUUUWEE!"_
I was 10 when this movie came out, loved all 3 of them.

Esta cena vejo várias vezes sensaçao que quanto mais eu assisto mais fico admirado com estes atores . excelentes profissionais no filme que fazem. Parabéns grande Bud Spencer e Terence Hill. Magnificos👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
When I was in junior high school, sometimes the school would call for everyone to the auditorium, and we would be treated to one of the Trinity movies. It was great!
Are you kidding? Your school made everyone watch movies instead of learning in the classroom? Another example of our declining education system. The only movies we ever watched in school (darn rare) were directly related to the classroom material.
@@robinstewart6510 The school I attended has consistently ranked high in education, year after year, compared to other districts in the state of Pennsylvania. It's not as if we spent half of our education watching movies, they were shown once in awhile as a reward for doing a great job. Before you come on here and blast someone for something you don't know about, take some time to think.
@@lendir1 .. Okay, I've taken "some time to think" and I'm still not impressed. Schools "consistently ranked high in education" are graduating students who can't read or write. As for something I "don't know about," I do know what you said and, absent more, can form some conclusions based on that. You say I'm wrong, fine. Have a nice day.
Those two were so good it was wild for their time, great movies
3 full houses and 2 quads? How did anybody at the table have any money left?
no re-raise from terence
@renewer 5 card stud draw
pre-online times and no knowledge on how to maximise values.. a raise from 100 to 200 into a pot of 800 with a player behind to act and action from all 3 players before ..
I think thats kind of the point. He dealt exactly what he wanted to to all the players so that they would think they had the best hand but he dealt himself the best hand.
@@TheFreshCookies0 it's the betting of you have quad 7's in stud you go all in.
If you missed the card cut at 2:15, watch it again.
+onemarktwoyou CUT AND .... UNCUT !

I say he been cheating, after all!
Rules of poker, and most card games, "If you don't complete the cut yourself, the dealer doesn't have to either."
True masterpiece film series RIP Terence Stamp absolute legend 💜😊 also love how this inspired a lot of the future westerns
Trinity is the coolest western dude ever
priceless face from Bud :D
The odds of these hands is through the roof but is cringely awesome haha
Not odds, it was deliberate cheating to ensure that EVERYONE would bet as if they'd think their win was certain.
Dang, 1972!!! I was 13 when I saw this movie at the theater...... I enjoyed all of these movies. I'm 63 now.
Same here, old man 👴.

@@robertmorris8997 ok
I used to watch my parents gamble as a kid with there friends. I had no idea what was going on but I wanted to play so bad. I would pester them every time they gambled. So one day they said ok you can play one hand and one hand only. If you win will allow you to play with us. This was the first time I even had an opportunity, i was so excited. I get my first 5 cards and immediately i had 4 aces. I didn't know what I had but I did know i had something really good. So when they asked me how many cards and I said none they thought I didnt understand I could turn cards in. They explained it to me and again i said no im good. You could see in there faces they assumed I still didn't get it. So i turned all the chips i had in ( what choice did I have) and everyone bowed out but my step dad. He smiled pushed his pile in and showed his cards. There was a chuckle from everyone I dont even remember what he had. I do know I chucked back because I still knew I had that bastrd licked.
I set my cards down and the faces were priceless. They just kept there mouths open in shock and it was silent for so long. My step dads face turned a dark shade of red. Im cheering and giggling and reach to grab my pile, and those asses wouldn't let me take it. Worse yet I was still not allowed to play. I stood my ground and ended up grounded in my room all night lol.
A nice fairy tale.
I remember in Argentina what a funny muvies Trinity was. Love it those days.
What a loveable rascal, undoing the cut like that! xD
2:08 One of my favourite bits of one of my favourite films.
Hendricks cuts the pack and Trinity blatently/slickly returns to to pre cut order.
The fourth ace was the fifth card because he left one card out for the possibility that the player with four 7s would change one card just in case, to fool the rest of the table that he didn't have such a strong hand.
Great to watch again. Thanks.
2:48 Like Laurel & Hardy this pair is just incredible, immaculate, Impeccable and inimitable in their own ways 😊
