Thank you, very informative video. I have three young kids (7,5,and 2), I am looking for a family friendly place, is Vero Beach a place to raise kids. I currently live in Brandon, outside of Tampa, I have family in Delray Beach. I am looking for a smaller, less big city or urban area to raise my kids, but wondering about amenities or kid friendly activities.

Thank you - glad you like it- there definitely has been a trend of the last couple of years of younger families moving (back) here because of its small town feel that’s harder to find. It s a great city to raise a family
