She's also pretty much Tier 10 in capability. The nerfs applied in testing weren't really enough to make up for it either. Wargaming fucked up by not making this a Tier 10 and using the 3 turret version (such a design does in fact exist) for the Tier 9 premium.
Instead, we'll probably eventually see the other two versions of Gibbs & Cox Project 1058 as Tier 8 and Tier 10 premiums. The smallest of the designs has 10 16" guns in 2 triple and 1 quad turret, while the largest is basically Kearsarge except with Ohio's 18" guns.
