Are you buying them directly from taobao or using a 3rd party supplier. And which country to they ship to?
Use a third party shipper.. they're cheaper and have less restrictions than the default Taobao shipper
Great update! Can i check if your xiaomi water purifier has a 'plastic' taste if you haven drank from it for a few hours? If i continuously fill my water the taste is fine, but if it has been sitting there for a few hours there is a taste
Hi! Hmm we’ve not encountered this issue, but I can’t confirm that it’s because our taste buds are not that sensitive enough? 😅 Is there a difference if you do a cleaning session though?
@@HowNowTaobao thanks for the reply! I have replaced a filter not long ago, and did a 'cleaning' session. There is no plastic taste after i dispense the water for say 300ml. After that the water taste fine. The issue is mainly if i haven dispense water for a few hours
Oh, that’s quite unusual. We know of 2 other people who use the same system but have not encountered this. Perhaps you could try asking the CS?
Alternatively, you could try and open up/dismantle the dispenser (open the top cover and ply open the rectangular portion with the filter thing) and clean out that holding tank. Long story but we had to do that when we had an ants infestation that forced us to dismantle and saw the interior tank. Maybe can consider cleaning/wiping that portion…?
Oh man… Actually if you have taobao app, you could try and enquire with the XiaoMi CS anyway. Could see if they can help on that!
How do you open the upper cabinet beside the laundry rack? Is it blocked?
Hi, it’s not blocked! Actually now that you mention, I think we were quite blessed that it can still open because the doors are small in width. Also, it just nice opens into the gap of the laundry rack! But honestly it could’ve gone the wrongly for us 😅
