Chicken : 1/2 kg boneless chicken thigh fillet
Green Capsicum : 1 whole cut into square medium pieces
Red Capsicum : 1 whole cut into square medium pieces
Onion : 1 whole medium size cut into square medium pieces
Green Chilli : 5 pieces sliced
Ginger & garlic paste : 1 spoon
Ginger & garlic chop : 1 spoon
Spring onion : handful chopped
Red chilli powder : 1 spoon
Chilli flakes : 1 spoon
Cumin powder : 1 spoon
Salt : 2 spoon
Soy sauce : 4 spoon
Sweet chilli sauce : 2 spoon
Tomato ketchup : 4 spoon
Plain flour : 3 spoon
Corn starch : 1 spoon
Vegetable oil : As required
