BEST ZOO IN NYC | Full Tour of Queens Zoo | Flushing Meadows Corona Park | Things to Do in NYC

Want to know one of the kept best secrets about New York City? There is a zoo in every borough of NYC! The Central Park Zoo (probably the most well known), the Bronx Zoo (likely the most popular), Prospect Park Zoo (located in Brooklyn), the Staten Island Zoo, and the Queens Zoo. I have been to all but the Prospect Park Zoo (though it is on my list).
You might be wondering which is the best zoo to visit if you live in or are visiting the New York area. Having been to four of the five zoos, the Queens Zoo is at the top of my list. It's located right off of the highway, there is free parking, admission is only $10 (or less depending on your age), it is the perfect size to spend an afternoon, and so much more --you'll have to tune in to find out!

How's the parking there? Because as a long islander we are spoiled with parking lots and when it comes to queens, Brooklyn, Bronx, Manhattan they don't have that much parking.

There is actually free larking right by the zoo. I think I mention it at the end of the video. It’s on 111th st between 54th & 55th Ave. Try putting in Queens Wildlife Conservation Center in your gps. It’ll basically take you right to the parking lot.

i dont know if queens zoo is the best compared to the bronx zoo but there close and the only thing annoying about the zoo is when all the schools come and hogg up all the space and all the benches and takes away from the relaxing experience
