Are site topos only possible by certain drones or are there some specific features specific to the drones themselves? Or is all this is linked to a base program with raw video data by any drone?

I just wanted to know how drones can help in detecting concrete overpours? Also you said something about underground utilities. Wasn't able to properly catch that. Can you please tell me that part once again.
