    Interesting way to do it! I have the same setup except use two four foot segments and put the 5r on one segment, strap it in through the handle and a utility strap, and then put that truss segment on top of the other. Neat! Great Video!

    where did you get the holes made on your top plates.. i have the vizi spot 5r's & i need to get the same thing done to secure them to the top plate

    You have inspired me to to vertical trusses and moving heads. Did your top plates come with those holes drilled, or did you have to drill them yourself ? I just got my top plates from GT and they don't have any holes in them. Did I get the wrong ones?

    No offense... if you can't figure out you take drill with a bit on it and drill a hole in an aluminum plate to do this, you might need to reconsider doing anything where you are putting things in the air.
