Neues Seenotrettungsboot für Timmendorf/Poel

Das neue Seenotrettungsboot unserer Station Timmendorf/Poel heißt WOLFGANG WIESE.
Christiane Gonser taufte den Neubau mit der internen Bezeichnung SRB 70 am Samstag, 21. April 2018, auf der Ostseeinsel vor Hunderten von Freunden und Förderern der Seenotretter. Sie wünschte „allzeit gute Fahrt und der Besatzung stets eine sichere Heimkehr“.
Christiane Gonser ist die Schwester des Namengebers, der mit seinem Nachlass den Neubau ermöglicht hat.

@@dieseenotretter Glad to hear that. DGzRS vessels are my favorite type of ship. I have several as RC boat, like the older version of the Vegesack: czcams.com/video/qf_t2jpWbxA/video.html

The last one doesn't have the exact correct colors, but when I was building it, this was the best I could achieve for painting. I also have the Hertha Jeep and the Johan Fidi.
