Great post! I'll be following closely for the follow up!
    Thank you!

Quick point- the screws you put through the "way cover" sheet metal to hold the conduit to it appear to be Button Head Cap Screws. These do give you more clearance then a regular Socket Head Cap Screw, but that is unnecessary in this instance; the bearing trucks travel with the table (and the way cover). As long as you don't put the screws somewhere that they will hit the trucks when installing that cover, they will never hit them.

Absolutely correct in my case. I just happened to have a box of 100 button head screws left over ;) There are Fadal machines out there and others, they mount the rails to the table and the trucks to the saddle. Main reason I brought that up was to get others to think and check it out to make sure they don't have an issue. Thank you for the feedback and actually watching in depth.

Very good. I keep waiting for you to do the engineer thing and slice a finger off but I have to admit for an engineer your pretty adept with those tools. Guess that means I will have to continue watching. Your video productions methods and editing are improving exponentially, very watchable. Notice I used an engineer word; exponentially.

John, you seem to be the type of person that watches car racing for the crashes? Thanks for the kind words about the video, I'm slowly learning and getting better equipment as well thanks to viewers!

Well if you must know, there is one digit that is a little narrower then the others for a run in with a razor knife. Then there is a scar from an angle grinder that I got a little carried away with. Last, I went out to the shop just to tack weld "One quick thing" well it turned into an all day project. I was wearing shorts, it was not a good night. This was all when I was younger and stupid. I tend to think I'm just a tad bit smarter now.

    Hello ...
I have the TS27R Probe. I want to use the probe in my hand as a portable. Is it possible for me to use it in a portable way without connecting it to the CNC machine? Can you help me about this ? This is so important to me.

What Cycles do you use to use the tool setter

Tim. You want Sealtite? I bought the 100' minimum quantity... I have plenty.

Sure! Next time I have it opened up I will pull it back and replace the tubing. Could you send me an email with the details, its in the video description. Thanks!

I'm about to add a TS27R to my Fadal also. What size conduit is it? Tim said 1/4" but Renishaw says 11mm. One is prob. ID and OD.
