try to run as long as you can every day with breaks, then try to increase the distance after time, it could help
You can just run for 5 min first day and then + 1 min every day so day 2 6 min day 3 7 min day 4 8 min day 5 9 min day 6 10 min and so on

In the beep tests you need to be on the other side before the beep, but atleast here it looks like you are almost in the middle when the beep happens
Well done but you did the jump wrong. Your hands are meant to stay on your hips as your not meant to use your arms for any momentum.
