Hey Gabby, just a quick hint for your hospital bag, please remember lipsil or vaseline as the air gets dry in there, also maybe your favourite cordial and some snacks, usually high sugar ones like chocolate or sweets as you're gonna need the energy boost. Sending hugs and best wishes for your up coming arrival. I'm snuggled up on my sofa crocheting a baby blanket for my granddaughter who's now 5 months old. They grow so quickly. X

I know! The time has absolutely flown by. We're on tenterhooks now as each day passes by. Many items of baby belongings are arriving, getting very ready now 😀

Good morning,this is my first time posting .. I love doing painting ,I have so much to do in our home and it’s not like I haven’t got the paint, because we have .. It’s just me that hasn’t got the energy to do it .. Tilly is so cute ,running around when her paws got wet.. We have a miniature schnauzer cross red Lakeland terrier called Buster, when he gets wet he runs around in the same way Tilly did.. 😊

You should have had a list, of everything you need for baby and yourself for your hospital. It should be in your baby book, from your maternity pack. Check cos some hospitals will not let baby out without a car seat! Friends of my daughter live across the road from the hospital, and they didn't drive they had to borrow one to get the baby out! Good luck can't wait you two are doing so well. XXX

It's hard living in the midst of a rehab. It will be better once rehab is done and you can settle in and have your baby moon and get into a routine with household needs like keeping water filled which will be even more needed with a baby. Don't count on two more weeks before baby comes.
It's always fun living in refurbishments! We usually have quite a good routine and happily live near a water point... Using the bath a lot more has caught us out this time! Thank you for watching :) xx

The wood is sapele pronounced sah pee lee, from Africa & a member of the mahogany family. Didn't know it was from Africa & all my doors are made from sapele so thank you for bringing up the subject & making me look it up! The boat looks very warm & ready for winter, can't wait to see baby Tiny Life snuggling up to you both there. Very impressed with your ability/willingness to wear tights when you’re that far along Gabby! I don’t think I could have wrangled them on when I was at that stage! Don’t worry too much about the hospital bag - just focus on what you’ll need for the first 24 hrs - Jack can bring stuff to and fro after that! Good luck with it all!
In regards to your solar panels, if they're mounted a backing plate with a central round mount they can be easily rotated to face the sun regardless of which way the boat is facing. Love your channel😊
Another great vlog. The painting looks good and Gabby is blooming. Hard to believe that your due date is only 2 weeks away. I use Readly already, it’s really good. No need to pack books and magazines to take with you. Take care all of you. X
I agree with a bit of sunshine we unfortunately haven't had much at all like u ...not even half a day here in Devon ...i don't know where u are moard but it looks lovely apart from all the flooding . Love lil Tillys zoomies they are characters those schnizers my mates have had them . Great u have ur washing machine didn't know u could have one on a boat .take care see u soon
The washer might be a bit of a challenge with too many of these rainy days, but it'll be a learning curve!! We'll see how we get on. Stubborn little characters they are indeed 😅

Hey Karen! Thank you so much for watching 🙏 Riverford are great, we really enjoy using their boxes! They've been pretty flexible with getting us sorted with deliveries. The stew tasted a lot better than it looked haha It was pretty simple, just fried down the leeks with plenty of garlic and salt. Splash of apple cider vinegar to deglaze the pan followed by veg stock and a mix of lentils. Few sage leaves and rosemary and left to slowly simmer all afternoon. Ended up tasting great! For the lentils - we use Hodmedods. Don't know if you've heard of them by I'd really recommend the pilau lentil mixes. Very versatile!
Ah thanks so much. Looking forward to the next instalment. I’ve not tired them yet but will take a look. I’ve noticed they do pasta and jars of chickpeas now. Xx
I hate to burst the bubble on Readly they are great for us petrolheads they feature great motorcars and the classic aircraft content is fantastic I know this blows the green side of things out of the water but I just thought some of your followers who follow because we like who you are may like the unfortunate gas guzzling side of things. But I believe they also have a feature that if you put in a subject matter like what should I pack for the hospital birth of my baby in theory you should get all the answers you need. It helped me with an engine issue on my car. Congratulations on the imminent birth of your little one, your current quiet lives is going to go into complete chaos
I expect you're both really excited!! Please remember to enjoy every minute and don't be in too much of a hurry for each stage. They do things at their own pace and don't need to be coerced to sit, stand etc. and NEVER think your child is in a competition for standing. Sorry to go on but I see far too many new parents trying to cajole their baby to stand, walk etc. 😊💜 Enjoy every moment, in no time at all, he or she will be answering you back!😀 The most important advice is what my dear mum told me - put every bit of advice in a hypothetical cauldron, stir it up and take out the bits that suit you 😊💜 If you need any real terry nappies you are welcome to mine-stiil bright white and in good condition. Let me know as I'm only near Witney and would gladly bring them to you x

Our batteries are lithium and we have 2.2kw of solar on our roof. It does us 90% of the year, but for the dark winter months we use the wood burner to do our cooking

Excuse me for asking, but did i hear correctly. You said induction hob, what source of electric does it use, because you said no generator ?
