Well... this video would have been great before I spent hours last night figuring it out on Amazon by myself😂 All good info here. I learned I needed an aluminum brace on the thumb and wrist because I was in a lot of pain. And, just like when I had to wear the boot, I instantly felt better after putting it on.👍
I needed this video... I have carpal tunnel in both wrists. I have to wait until January for my nerve studies prior to my surgeries. The braces I have now are not cutting it or relieving any pain.
Great video for carpal tunnel syndrome however, I have non-union scaphoid fracture that is 40 years old and have developed arthritis in the joint. I do woodwork and play guitar and have decided against the surgical options sine the loss of mobility would be too great. Between 5-95% depending on the type of surgery. At the moment, any rotational use of the hand is causing pain. Is there any brace that could help with pain relief in my case. I use FUTURO Deluxe Wrist Stabilizer during the day and night but it limits the use of the hand as explained by you.
There are lots of different tendonitis (inflamed tendon) so it depends on which one you're talking about. In general though, I recommend braces to people who are already feeling symptoms rather than as a preventative measure. Whats gonna help prevent tendonitis will most likely be variable positioning, frequent breaks, ergonomic set up and strengthening.
my right hand always come under body while i sleep and then in morning I feel bad numbness those earlier use to go away in half and hour but Today i am looking for these Braces cause 7 hour passed and that numbness still remain in hand
