Both of your testimonies and all the experiences you shared mixed with the powerful teaching of President Freeman and Nephi has felt like a temple experience for me this morning! Your time to teach and share with us is blessing so many lives. Desiring to be on the covenant path, kneeling at the tree, and finding strength in the one by one love of our Heavenly Father, Jesus Christ and the Holy Ghost brings unspeakable joy! Please know of my gratitude for both of you.

I was cleaning my shower and thanking the Lord and feeling that I am a recipient of your desire to lift others with Christ’s light. I love the way you draw teachings from the current conference talks with Come Follow Me. I am doing a from front and from back to middle study of the Book of Mormon, it is amazing but it will take me my whole life to finish. It is so helpful to listen to you and Elaine on your Monday post, and for your sharing your learning. Thank you again.
I sometimes worry that I’m missing something because it feels simple to me (not necessarily easy but simple)…… honor my baptismal and temple covenants by putting my faith and trust in the Savior in good times and hard. Live as best I can to follow the example of my Savior by doing good and loving/serving others. Repent of my sins, weaknesses, mistakes, and try to do better each day. Am I missing some deeper concept as it relates to having a covenant relationship with Jesus Christ?
Sister, I am 72 yo. All of what you have written takes a lifetime to accomplish. Repentance, overcoming weaknesses, staying true to The Lord thru good and bad. President Nelson says it is “mentally rigorous” to keep our minds focused on God in all things.
He also calls this life,” the heart wrenching maze of our mortal experience.” May I sincerely suggest, you work on each item you put in your post, you master each one of the….and you will have the covenant relationship with Our Lord you are asking about.
